Unless otherwise specified, construction specifications are:

• Floors, walls and ceilings are built on 16” centers.
• All wiring is 12/2wg.
• Standard insulation R-11 in floors, exterior walls and ceiling. (Ask about options)
• ½” sheetrock blown acoustic ceilings.
• ¾” plywood floors.
• 2”x6” floor joist 16”oc.
• 2”x4” wall studs 16”oc.
• Lamtruss rafters 16”oc.
  

You get a completely finished addition with these exceptions:

• No carpet or floor covering, it’s bare.
• No skirting supplied by us.
• You furnish concrete blocks for setup.
